Pricing
We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our web site. While we fully honour all of our commitments, Pure Peninsula Honey shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices.
Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 5 business days if the items are in stock. In the case of any shortfall in stock or lead time to obtain certain items, we will contact you to advise details of such. Pure Peninsula Honey takes great care with your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and we pride ourselves on delivering our beautiful products. While we take no responsibility for damaged goods we do all we can to avoid this.
We supply and despatch our products to addresses in Australia only through the Australia Post Parcel Post Service. Estimated delivery times can vary depending on Australia Post, please see their website for more information. Shipping times may be affected by public holidays and peak delivery periods.
Due to quarantine restrictions, honey cannot be shipped to WA or SA
International Orders
We only ship within Australia.
Lost and Damaged
All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the shipping company once goods are despatched. Pure Peninsula Honey cannot accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery.
Delivery Address
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct.
Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods without compensation. PPH accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods.

Faulty Goods
If you think there is a fault with an item that you have received, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
Cancellations
Once orders are submitted and paid for, cancellations will attract a 15% cancellation cost. If the order has been packed and ready for despatch, a 25% cancellation cost will apply.
Once orders are shipped, no cancellations can be accepted.
Returns
Pure Peninsula Honey cannot exchange goods so please chose carefully. Requests for a refund must be notified to PPH within 2 days of delivery with a valid reason. Refunds are made at the discretion of PPH Management.
Your Account and Registration
You are responsible for your password, account access and for all actions that occur under your account. Any impersonations (i.e. false e-mail addresses or authority) will constitute a breach of these Conditions of Use and your trade account may be restricted.
All goods remain the property of Pure Peninsula Honey until payment has been received in full.

A limited license granted by Pure Peninsula Honey allows for restricted access to our web site for personal use.
